This is a little distorted. They might have come from the North, but when they came from the North they were no "Arabs" in the north. So that is not an issue of admixture. They are Africans, like Tutsi people, like people from Somalia, Sudan, etc. Climate determines features. And not all Fulani people look like this, just like not all SA are light skin, with short hair.
